- 2.5″ x 4″ integral roll-formed channel
- R-25+ insulating value; no other vapor barrier or insulation required
- Note: 75% of thermal energy is lost through frame members. LeepCore load-bearing walls do not require frames, eliminating thermal bridges that are common to wood and metal frame construction.
- Full weather envelope thermal break
- Highest strength-to-weight-ratio of any structural building component
- Lightweight, only 3 pounds per square foot
- Water impermeable (including waterproof polyurethane foam core)

Foam Core
Class 1, two component, co-blown modified polyurethane foam system, as tested by UL 723 (ASTM E – 84 Tunnel Test), with the following characteristics:
- 4″ Polyurethane Foam Core
- Compressive Strength (ASTM D 1621) @ 2.2 lb./cu. ft.
- Parallel to Rise – STR 10% 23.08 psi (avg.)
- Perpendicular to Rise – STR 10% 20.62 psi (avg.)
- Thermal Conductivity (ASTM C 518). K Factor = 0.130 (avg.)
- Dimensional Stability (ASTM D 2126) @ 28 days, avg. volume change:
- 70 deg. C / 100% Humidity – 3.7%
- 100 deg. C / Ambient – 1.8%
- -30 deg. C / Ambient – 0.1%
